Priced on the outcome,
not per seat or per minute
Two simple parts: a one-time implementation that gets a working agent live on your real workflows, then a managed service that scales with your volume and the automation level you choose — aligned to the value you get.
How pricing works
Build it once. Operate it forever.
Our model is sequential, not a three-tier SaaS grid. You invest once to get a production agent, then pay a managed monthly fee that scales with the work it takes off your team.
- Call-flow audit of your highest-volume call types
- Conversational design built on your real processes — not a template
- CRM & tooling integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Shopify…)
- Testing against your real scenarios, then production in 4–6 weeks
- Team training and handover documentation
- You set the automation scope at implementation — typically ~60% of calls closed autonomously, 40% escalated to your team on the workflows you keep in-house
- We run and supervise the agent — monitoring, tuning, on-call
- Continuous improvement of the agents as your business changes
- Customer intelligence: sentiment & intent synced to your CRM
- Monthly ROI reporting against the metrics we agreed on
- Enterprise SLA and support
No per-seat fees. No per-minute metering. No platform you have to staff and maintain yourself.

The same numbers appear on every Unicall page because they come from real deployments — not projections.
Customer outcome
What "priced on the outcome" looks like
"We eliminated our overflow vendor entirely. High-LTV customers get immediate attention, and cost per ticket dropped 52% in the first quarter."

Pricing questions, answered
The details behind the two numbers.
How long until we're live?
Most implementations go live in 4–6 weeks. We start with a call-flow audit, design the conversations on your real processes, wire up your CRM and tools, test against real scenarios, then move to production. There's no rip-and-replace — Unicall runs as an overlay on your existing phone system, so your current operations keep running during rollout. Some teams have reached production in as little as 21 days.
What integrations are included, and what moves the implementation fee?
Implementation includes native integrations with your CRM and helpdesk — Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Shopify, and most major platforms — plus custom API integrations for proprietary systems. The number of workflows and integrations is what scopes it — you get a fixed quote after your free call-flow audit, so there are no surprises.
How does the monthly price scale with volume?
The managed service starts at $1,000/month and scales with the volume of tickets and calls we handle for you — not with compute minutes. As you route more call types to Unicall, your per-ticket cost drops. Because you're billed on resolved outcomes, pricing stays aligned with the value you get rather than penalizing you for long or complex conversations.
What happens if the ROI isn't there?
We agree on the target metrics before we build — cost per ticket, autonomous-resolution rate, CSAT — and report against them every month. Enterprise customers typically cut cost per ticket by 52% within 90 days. If we're not moving the numbers we committed to, we iterate on the agents until we do, or you can exit the managed service. You're never locked into a result you're not getting.
